Digital Services Act (DSA) Notice
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This notice describes how Viserato DOO approaches intermediary / hosting obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) when the Platform is offered to users in the European Union, and how we handle illegal content and complaints more generally.
1. Our service
Viserato operates an online platform/marketplace at https://viserato.com that hosts Host listings, reviews, messaging and related user content, and facilitates bookings between Guests and Hosts.
Provider: Viserato DOO, Sveta Vraca, 85331 Kotor, Montenegro. Contact for DSA / illegal content reports: support@viserato.com.
2. Illegal content and notice-and-action
If you believe content on Viserato is illegal (for example fraudulent listings, IP infringement, hate speech, or other unlawful material), email us a notice including:
- Your name and contact email.
- A clear URL or listing/review identifier and description of the content.
- Why you consider it illegal, citing the legal basis if possible.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and complete in good faith.
Send notices to support@viserato.com with subject line “DSA / Illegal content notice”. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content and inform the poster of the decision and available redress.
3. Content moderation
We may use a mix of: Host listing review before publication; user reports; automated signals (for spam, fraud or policy keywords); and human review. Actions may include removing content, limiting visibility, suspending accounts, or reporting to authorities where required.
Automated tools may assist triage; significant restrictions are subject to human review where practicable. We aim to act diligently, objectively and proportionately.
4. Internal complaint handling
If we remove your content or restrict your account and you disagree, reply to our decision email or write to support@viserato.com within a reasonable time, explaining why the decision should be reversed. We will reassess and respond. This is without prejudice to court remedies or out-of-court dispute settlement where available under the DSA.
5. Orders from authorities
Where we receive valid orders from competent authorities to act against illegal content or to provide information, we will comply as required by law and inform the affected user when we are legally allowed to do so.
6. Transparency
As the Platform grows, we may publish additional transparency information on moderation volumes, average monthly active recipients in the EU, and recommender-system parameters where legally required. Ranking of listings may consider relevance, quality, reviews, reliability and commercial factors.
